Eric’s presentation was thorough. He discussed the Milgard windows and Window Nation warranties, the framing profile for all picture windows in terms I understood, the silicone caulk used and why, the various types of window glass and how each performed using a heat lamp, and the installation process. I appreciate that he allowed me to interrupt with questions which he answered to my satisfaction.
Eric was very professional and took us step by step the process of the glass that would be used the installation process and also sealing the windows. Was very friendly and helpful and helped us to understand everything that will be done. Looking forward to new windows.
