Mike prepared and walked us through an entire presentation before purchasing windows. We did not know much about windows, but now we feel informed and know we made the right choice. He was personable and made sure we were taken care of. We didnt feel rushed and we feel accommodated. He patiently answered all our questions. Not to mention he did this on Fathers Day.
