Mike Green was an excellent rep for WN. He was very personable as he explained the window products and installation process. We feel he worked out the best solution for our property for the windows we needed replacing. We still need to see how the installation is performed but if the installation team is as efficient as Mike is we should be enjoying our new windows for a long time.
