Carlos Coutinho was very professional and spent time carefully explaining the window install. Carlos also went out of his way to recommend window replacements only if needed. Also sealing and capping without installing new windows will be a money saver. I was very pleased with Carlos’ courteous and knowledgeable consultation.

Jerome did good. There were no options on 4.7. So I choose 5 starts. I choose 4.7 because there were lack of itemized of products that were never presented during our discussion.
