Randy was thorough and inspired confidence in the company and the product. He answered all of our questions, was flexible with our needs and did not hurry us. Travis was awesome😊. I totally expected to have to deal with a car salesman type of representative from the company. It was not like that at all. He was professional and friendly at the same time and no hard sell! He couldn’t have done a better job of explaining all the features of the windows. I had an Anderson Window installed last year and have never been able to figure out how the windows pull out for cleaning. He even helped me with that. Travis is a great asset to Window Nation. Hang on to him.😊

Alex K was fabulous he explained everything in detail. He gave a great presentation explained all the differences between windows and what to look for when you buy a window. He answered all of our questions. He showed me an example of a window. He let me think and decide what I really wanted.
