Jerome came to our house today and gave an awesome presentation for window nation. He was very personable, very knowledgeable, and no pressure. My husband and I enjoyed his company and he helped us find the perfect product for us! Highly recommend!

Rep seems to be pretty knowledgeable. I’m disappointed that the type of window that I have in my home, I did not get to see even though I had talked to several different people on making sure the type of window that I have would be brought for presentation. I now have to travel to Norwood Massachusetts from Cranston Rhode Island to see the window before a decision is made if I want to go forward or not on a contract. Very disappointing to say the least.

From date of sale to installation was problematic.simple questions went unanswered and I had to make several calls and texts to my representative and still got wrong answers. Secondly the wrong window was installed even after professional measurements were taken. No one could answer why I got the wrong window. I didn’t notice because I had to walk the dog and window was in the process of being installed. My old window was already torn apart. Randy was friendly and great. He explained in detail for the installation and showed me the difference between the middle and the top models of both Harvey windows. I am waiting for a third quote this week and will get back to him by the end of this week.
