Alex is very easy to work with. He helped us with the purchase last year. Now we plan to replace more windows, the first thing we are thinking is to call Alex. Alex patiently walked us through different options and helped us understand what would work best for us. We really appreciated that he tried his best to secure the most competitive pricing for us.

We had a horrible experience with window nation 3 years ago. We had patio doors installed and windows. It was bad weather. They sent kids to do a mans job. We had made several complaints to customer service. had to email the owners to get it corrected. They are not great even to this day.Today we had an issue . We had to call window nation. We were put on to 5 different people. They requested we pay 150 up front before even looking at windows. Who does that ? Not us. Last year I had Window Nation install sliding windows in my sun room and Marvin install sliding windows in the rest of my home. I figured Marvin was more expensive so they had to be better. Unfortunately I have had nothing but problems with the Marvin sliders. I wish I did Window nation in the whole house. Oh well, I will know for next time.
