Todd was a very pleasant Sales rep and explained the various options available. He did his measurements and showed us the window and the mechanical window operations. We were impressed with his explanation of the process to build each custom-fit window, and that it wasn't a stock window to fill with shims. Although having seen a number of companies selling windows, we had narrowed it down to 3 companies that all had good windows but the difference may have been the warranty and Service that will continue with the product..

After having a couple other companies come in to give us an estimate and sitting through hours of presentations I was actually dreading sitting through another but William was completely different from all the rest! He came in, listened to what I wanted and went to work on pricing. Don’t get me wrong, he went over the product and why it’s superior, but he stuck to the important points so it was drawn out and boring. After all was said and done the pricing just couldn’t be beat and we ended up scheduling for the install!!
