The salesperson was well-prepared—he had all the necessary materials and information, clearly knew the products, and got straight to the point without wasting time. He was respectful of our home, even going as far as to cover his shoes, which we appreciated. It was great to meet Nick Badolato. He arrived on time and was very professional. He measured the windows for me and was able to show me all the available options within my budget.
