Richard Hansen has done a wonderful job. He was able to use a past quote to promptly requote the windows needed to finish the back half of our house. He clarified and responded quickly to a couple of questions in the contract, and we were able to complete in one day what I have been trying to accomplish since February.

So far from the sales process there have been no surprise gotchas. Both Mike Piera and Richard Hansen have been great overall and patient with my many back-and-forth questions. Once things were handed over to Richard in this process, he has stayed in continuous contact and helped me feel more comfortable and confident to moving forward. Next step is to see if the final measure guy that comes out and the install all goes as well as the sales process and then finally, the warranty that I hope I never need to use.
