Rick was great!! He explained my options of window styles and wood color accents that would match the wood trim in the house. I could tell how much he loves his job at Window Nation because of the amount of time he spent with me making sure I would be happy with my purchase. He went over all of the contract elements and even made sure I got the contract sent to my email. He really went above and beyond, and I appreciated everything he did while he was here with me.
