Brendan did a really good job explaining the product and all aspects of installation including warranties. The only part I didn’t like was the pressure to buy the windows right there before he left to procure a lower price. I was waiting for another bid which was eventually lower, but when I received an email 2 days later from the “inside” sales manager at WindowNation (Richard) and the price was similar to our lowest quote, it was a no brainer to go with WindowNation due to Brendan’s salesmanship.
