The rep who had came out to show us their products have sold us on their windows. The rep did an excellent job on selling their product. I was looking for an efficient and good quality window with a good warranty without breaking the bank and they did just that. They wasn't the cheapest but they did work with me to get the price down. What really sold me to the product was the warranty. The accidental glass breakage warranty. I honestly can't say enough about the rep.
