The sales experience was smooth and we appreciated the inside sales rep staying in constant contact and responding quickly. Only reason the review is four stars is that we did not like the high pressure sales environment of the initial in-home presentation with "only it today offers" which proved to be false. The best deal was e-mailed to us days later.
