First, I was impressed by the salesman used shoe protection before entering my home. Next I like how Kevin educated me on the window industry and how knowledgeable he was with his competition terms and conditions. Last, I was sold by the company’s warranty and warranty transfer which shows commitment to stand behind their products. Kudos to Kevin for an outstanding presentation!
