If I could give zero stars I would!! If I can stop at least 1 person from using Window Nation that would be good but if I can stop everyone that would be great!! I’m sure my review will be removed or buried somewhere deep. Window Nation DOES NOT honor the life time warranty for parts and labor!! I know this because I fought with them for months to repair the exterior trim of 3 windows and I was told my lifetime warranty for parts and labor has expired! DO NOT USE this company! Window Nation cancelled my contract less than 30 days after signing for no reason and no action of mine. They are extremely hard to get ahold of and handle all issues through a third party call center. After a couple of calls to the 800 line it seems they didnt like the price they agreed to so they walked away from the contract. Next step is to file a complaint with Maryland Consumer Protection Division. This is the second time that Window Nation has dropped the ball with me personally.
