Unbelievably bad all the way around and no consistent follow through, poor service, and poor managers and management! How they get a decent rating in consumer reports I don’t know - I would recommend going to the Better Business Bureau and read those reviews! It is all about you signing up and then leading you on and then making false claim's , statements and promises! Good luck with any services from them as they mislead you any way they can!

Had several windows replaced. Prior to installation one pane was broken installed anyway.replacement ordered. Noticed second window with broken glass. Not noticed on installation son saw it yesterday. Wonder if there is a time dependent issue on the panes. I don’t want broken panes. Will arrange to have both windows fixed at once to avoid multiple service calls. The jury is out on my review.

On July 10, installers came to our house without the matching RWD (inside finishing) from the manufacturer. WN ordered it, and installers came within 1 week. Within days, the RWD began peeling off the windows. We put in a service request. It took 3 weeks to get someone here, so said that the installers should have heated and rolled the RWD. He re-attached and in some cases put new RWD on the problem windows. I wish I could give two separate reviews. One for Jose & his install crew who did a wonderful job putting in my new windows & one for the customer service (or lack thereof). While my windows are nice & thankfully have no issues. I cannot recommend Window Nation because if you do have issues, you won't be able to get ahold of anyone to discuss them with. I attempted to speak with someone no less than a half dozen times in the two days before my install & never did hear back from anyone. Beware...
