Well, all ten much needed new windows were installed a few days ago by Window Nation—perfect timing, as it sealed up my small Robbinsdale home just before the bitter -20° Minnesota cold snap hit. Unbelievably bad all the way around and no consistent follow through, poor service, and poor managers and management! How they get a decent rating in consumer reports I don’t know - I would recommend going to the Better Business Bureau and read those reviews! It is all about you signing up and then leading you on and then making false claim's , statements and promises! Good luck with any services from them as they mislead you any way they can!

Had several windows replaced. Prior to installation one pane was broken installed anyway.replacement ordered. Noticed second window with broken glass. Not noticed on installation son saw it yesterday. Wonder if there is a time dependent issue on the panes. I don’t want broken panes. Will arrange to have both windows fixed at once to avoid multiple service calls. The jury is out on my review.
