Pat Casselman arrived on time with all necessary amenities. He walked me through the history of the company, features of the windows offered by Window Nations and measured my old windows. Sales rep was great. Very personable amd informative. Only "complaint", if you can all it that, is it took over 2 hours; was told when scheduling that it would be 1...but he was great
