Klaudia Kickova was an excellent representative Window Nation. She spent enough time with me on deciding on a purchase of 13 new windows to replace the windows that were 24 years old. She explained the materials that would be used in the installation as well as demonstrated how the windows operate. She made me comfortable making the investment in the product.
