The sales experience wasted a lot of time; I don't care about the history of this company, nor do I take seriously the bad-mouthing it does of others. I also resent the "I'm supposed to be talking this item up so that it makes us more money, but I'm not going to do that to you" faux-folksiness. Furthermore, if you can afford to send salespeople to my home after regular work hours, you can do the same for those coming for measurements, or installation. Had a guy set up an appointment at the Oregon State Fair with us, confirmed the address. Never received a call or anything, Called to find out that we are not even in their service area and would have been waiting to hear from someone just to be ghosted. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

The two gentlemen who came to install the windows were very pleasant and polite. They worked diligently all day. While it took quite some time to install the 4 windows, the interior finish was wonderful. Very professional. Upon going outside to see how the windows looked, I was extremely disappointed in the subpar finish. Installers had removed the original white trim, replacing it with subpar plywood that was spliced at the bottom (?) and now unpainted. I wrote a review regarding installers at Window Nation. I also wanted to write about the Consultant that I worked with, Renee Wilbur. She was so professional, friendly, knowledgeable about windows that I knew nothing of. She brought samples and explained the difference between a good brand like Milgard and an unknown label. I have nothing but great things to say about the team that Window Nation sent to install new windows. They were so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about what they were doing. Vasyl, the one who directed everything was very organized, arrived on time and stayed late until they got done what they had planned on. They cleaned up after themselves put my old blinds back up again. Such nice people I will tell all my friends about them for sure!

What I was told I was getting and what I received are not the same. 3 of my windows were the incorrect size. 3 of the 6 windows have rips in them. I ordered 2 sliders for the bedrooms and got single hung. I repeatedly said I do not want vinyl windows and was assured they weren't, yet they are. I was told I would have a professional experienced crew, I got a lead who was experienced chasing around trying to fix all the problems of his crew who only had 2 weeks experience.
