The whole process seemed to be pretty seamless and effective. The installation seemed to be on a time schedule as they were rushing the project. On 2 window frames, not the windows themselves, the framing the guy said his "tool got away from him" and took out excess drywall and damaged the metal window jam. He did patch it, but it wasn't a great patch job. I had to spend more money to patch it myself and spend $50 in paint to paint the entire wall. You can't just paint a 6" by 12" section.

Everything went pretty much according to plan with the exception of one kitchen window. We had two windows replaced with sliders behind the kitchen sink in the corner of the kitchen. One opens left to right like it should for easy access. The other adjoining window also opens from left to right which makes it impossible for my wife to reach it, since she has to reach all the way over the sink and back in the corner to get to the handle. I love my new windows and was very pleased with the installation and crew but I was saddened that my blinds did not fit back into the windows. At no point in the process did anyone ever mention that they may not fit after installation. I had to scramble to cover my windows with anything I could find including sheets and shower curtains to ensure my homes privacy as I live on a corner lot while I shopped for new window treatments for a total of 12 windows. This is a negative 10! I would tell people that they should choose a different window company, and be smarter than me and check the Better Business Bureau.

There was not a crew of qualified technicians installing the windows. Only one person knew what to do and worked 13 hours straight.

It takes talking to twenty different people to stand behind their product. Go with a different window company.

Installation was excellent but the scheduling and communication from the company is horrible.
