I bought my windows towards the end of last year and with the pandemic I understand it took a while to get them in. When they did come in and got installed two of them were cracked, so they had me take pictures and send in and then still had to send someone out to the hose to see them and get the in formation on them that I had already sent them. Had my windows installed on May 3rd. During the installation I discovered a hole in one of the screens. I pointed this out to the gentleman doing the work. He said he would turn it in for replacement. I paid my bill as agreed after the work was finished. I wish now that I hadn't. Later that day I received an email saying I should activate my warranty. While on this site there was question site. I asked the person monitoring the site what would be the length of time for my screen replacement. I have yet to hear from ... read more

The windows are good the installation is not good at all! Had to have my contractor reset door and now having my siding replaced as it was destroyed during the removal of the windows. Not the proper flashing done around the windows.

They need to clean up their mess. If they scratch a wall, they need to come out and repair it.
