The sales representative, Bob Miller, arrived on time. We briefly discussed the project and he proceeded to measure and ask applicable questions. He then demonstrated the quality and features on the window sample he brought with him. He also had a "heat lamp" to show me how the glass panes were resistant to heat. This energy saving was impressive as this will save a lot on heating and cooling bills. He quoted different options of styles as I had requested of him and answered my questions thoroughly.
