Our meeting to replace two, old, defective windows went well. We were able to negotiate a price to fit our budget for this small project. Hopefully, the window install goes as smooth as our initial meeting progressed.

My presenter was Tyler. My first thought was what can a younger guy tell me? He knew his product and was very personable, very easy to speak with and ask questions to. As we all know budget is everything, he gave me a price for 8 windows, and time to change my mind.
