Replacement window glass (tempered, dual-pane) was obtained quickly. Difficult replacement from outside 6 stories up was done from inside my unit, and professionally done, with the exception of all kinds of grease, etc. on the exterior, which seems impervious to cleaning (which is not easy to do). Appointments were always several hours later than estimated time, so be prepared for a wait.
Great technicians and great work;the technicians came in and literally installed balances on a heavy windows in 15 minutes. They are very professional.
