They have a worker named Viktoria sinelnikova who's really a slut. All her work is sleeping with married men and going into their homes. He contract transmitted disease with her. Any want professional to this it's her
Very unprofessional! They said they would come at 10 AM and actually came by 3 PM which was too late to start the job. They mismeasured the widows!! I was stuck with three windows that needed large pieces of wood to fill in the big gaps. When they left I noticed they didn't use caulk the gaps on one of the windows. They almost lit my home on fire by standing next to my stove and bumping the knobs. They used no tarps, and had no broom or vacuum to clean their mess. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! SCAM ARTISTS!!!! They took our deposit and never delivered our windows. They lied about it for over SIX months, even scheduled installation dates and never came. Starting court proceedings now. 😡
I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. SCAM! We needed to get a pet door installed in the existing patio door, they promised to get the job done in 4-6 weeks took a deposit $350 (not a big money ,right? but I don't print them and don't steal from people) Times go by... no door, no phone calls. I called, and they explained they have supplies issues ok. Another month go by, and another no door. I ask for refund, they promise to refund my $350 BUT again NO MONEY, no calls. 20+ window job and not one complete window after 2 different teams came to work on house. Every single window still has multiple concerns. Now, my family is inconvenienced another week just to finish what should have been done in 3 days. Anyone else have this experience? Is there any quality control?
they are on professional. service is very bad more then 10 days still they didn't finish the job. they broke my 2 window's and one door. Door damage is minimum $2K windows damage minimum $2K
Far too many delays, false starts, and cancelled appointments for a simple glass replacement job. Very poor communication from company. Promises of callbacks from manager / business owner that never came. Ordered rectangular glass with 1” bevel on all 4 sides. Glass arrived with no bevel work at all. Very expensive mint condition metal company Logo given to Window Repair NYC to mount on glass pane. Logo returned with several prominent scratches and surface damage.
don't destroy our window frame when we ask for glass replacement. we now need a complete new sash. Very poor work and didn't show up when arranged
The worst company in the history of bad companies. It took them 6 visits to do a simple window screens. They have one competent guy, everyone else from technicians to office personnel to management are totally incompetent! Stay away!
