Apartment 201 Windsor Falls is a nice apartment complex. The apartment itself is up to date and was remodeled just before we moved in. There was one main issue with the apartment. The first four months we had approximately 20 air conditioning issues. It took months for the maintenance men to identify the issue. In addition, The maintenance guy was very unprofessional on one occasion. He brought an unconcealed gun into our apartment and complained that we couldn't assist in figuring out what was wrong with the AC they put int... read more
Awesome space Windsor Falls Apt are spacious cozy apartments to live in. Since I've been here they have taken care of evey need in a prompt manner. The layout of the apartment is open enough space to entertain guests as well as for kids to run around. The layout is great for privacy as well with the rooms being on opposite sides of the apartment. Basically the apartment is great for families or a roommate situation. Great community Windsor Falls is centrally located near several large shoppiung malls, great resteraunts, and parks and recreation. It is 20 minutes from historic, beautiful downtown Raleigh with all of it's great resteraunts and shops as well.
