Wish there was 0 star option, because this place doesn’t deserve it. Absolutely terrible customer service. Take my advice and save yourself the headache and travel outside Windsor if you really want a Hyundai product. Don’t be fooled. The sales people, or at least the person I dealt with was nice as pie until I signed on the dotted line. Once they have you locked in as a customer and you give them that 5 star review they make you promise to give them on their survey, it’s all down hill from there.
