Misdiagnosed my cousin’s vehicle when they fixed it. Now they say it’s something else and want more money. Not very good customer service.
Do not recommend, have heard nothing but bad things about their service department. They put the blame back on the customer and assume no responsibility for their mistakes. Do not bring your vehicle here.
I'm in the market for a new car. Been driving my '04 Corolla since my high school days and I was thinking about buying a nice fancy Hyundai. However now I will NEVER buy a Hyundai. You know why? because they misdiagnosed my friends car.. told her the turbo needs to be fixed and charged her $1300 for repairs and when she drove it, it still wasn’t right. I would never buy another vehicle from this dealership again. I’m having the absolute worst experience here. I took my vehicle in and replaced a $1200 part, after their body shop advised me on the part I needed. They told me it was going to be a 5 hour job.... and it turned out to be five days. When I picked my car up the same problem I was having started again. I contacted them again and brought in back in to tell my they actually replaced the wrong part, and I have to pay for the other part which will be $1,500. Absolute ... read more
The service department is a mess. You call and get no answer. The front desk puts you through again and again to nobody. They misdiagnosed our car charging $1300. The issue remained the same. When it was brought back they wanted $1800 to fix something different to resolve the issue. If you buy a car they will make sure you give them a five star rating before you leave the parking lot. Everything falls apart once they your business. Very disappointing.

I would never recommend this place at all. They lady we dealt with—don’t want to mention her name, was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was always back tracking on her words and using the word “miscommunication” as a way of getting it her way. Within the first 5 minutes of interaction with her, she said one thing to us, and later when the signatures and money was received she started to twist her words.
