Horrible apartment rental. You can never get in touch with anyone regarding issues. Moved out and have been waiting 6 weeks for deposit return. No one answers the phone. They kept $445 rent money plus all of my deposit. They claim the check is in the mail. Can't get a hold of anyone, no return phone calls.
I found a place on rent.com and was very interested. I was given to a leasing agent by the name Moises Salve to. Employee of Winstar properties. Not one time did I speak to him on the phone just texted messages. We paid for the credit check for 3 adults. Knowing our credit score was low , I asked if they accepted cosigners. Where to begin! I made a horrible mistake of signing the lease for 4451 Lockwood Ave. When I first saw the ad a young man name Lucas (nice gentleman) showed me the unit I was interested in. We did a walk through and I liked what I saw for the most part. I was only going to stay for the duration of the lease because I'm in the beginning stage of buying a house. Do not rent from them. I can not get a single email reply nor phone call regarding my lease.. I've asked for a letter to sign to relinquish my place to the cotenant... over 10+ times. No emails back. I do not know what else to do.. I'm looking into my options. Please do not rent from them.. I've had issues for years.

I am a tenant in one of their buildings. The property menager Zoya does not ever answer her phone neither returns messages. All maintenance requests are done extremely slowly. There is a general atitude that nobody knows or cares about anything.
