RecommendedFrom the moment they answer the phone, to service appointments or maintenance, they are fast, friendly and professional. I have used Williams for years and will continue after Doug stopped at nothing to make sure I had heat back today after fixing someone else’s poor quality work. He was also educational while he was here on how to prevent such things in the future. Great service!

We called Winthrop Fuel early last spring after our build was started and Doug called almost immediately and we arranged to meet at our lot in West Gardiner. Doug was absolutely perfect, walked the site and looked at our plans and put together a proposal for all of our needs including our furnace needs, gas appliances and fireplace. I highly recommend WFC from the start to finish they were very professional Doug came out did an inspection to see what would be the best system for our needs, then right there in the driveway he put together a estimate printed it off. So no waiting to hear back you get the price immediately. he also did a follow up call a week later. which no other companies that I got estimates from did. Just had a Rinnai water heater and space heater installed. The instillation was flawless the guys were wonderful. Highly recommend using Winthrop Fuel.
