I am sorry for the poor experience that you had with us, we always strive to be informative and professional with our customers. In regards to having to call for delivery, we will review your oil delivery schedule to insure you do not run out of fuel. Again I am sorry for this situation and we hope we can regain our excellent reputation with you.
Second time I have tried to give Winthrop Fuel my business in 2 years..both times I received rude attitude when they found out I wasn’t an existing customer and basically told me they couldn’t help me. Won’t ever call again.
I think Doug needs to go back to customer services school he is very rude
