I live at 745 Stocking apartments, and this place is a nightmare hellhole to live in. Loud, disruptive neighbors upstairs, in the parking lot, this place used to look shiny and new, and now it looks like a dumpster. Both me and my mom told the manager about our loud upstairs neighbors that constantly stomp around and ride a scooter across our ceiling and she wants proof.
