I live at 745 Stocking apartments, and this place is a nightmare hellhole to live in. Loud, disruptive neighbors upstairs, in the parking lot, this place used to look shiny and new, and now it looks like a dumpster. Both me and my mom told the manager about our loud upstairs neighbors that constantly stomp around and ride a scooter across our ceiling and she wants proof. We began living in these properties during May of 2023. We immediately noticed this complex looked like a rush build, but dismissed the odd texture under the paint on the walls and the gaps between the floor and the floorboards. We have struggled to maintain any consistent management since weve been here. Management will make a promise/guarantee, or share information, then the next will deny and change the rules.
