This SNF facility is aweful. My mother received the worst care possible. The Nursing Assistants are rude, inconsiderate to the needs of the patients, they just don't want to be bothered to help. They stand around in the hall gossiping about other co-workers and their bosses. It is a constant negative environment. You can hear the nurses and Managers talking about other patients and their problems. The facility is disgusting, the rooms are very small. There is no privacy anywhere and nothing is confidential. I placed my mother here for respite for 5 days while I went out of town. It was awful. The aides didn't listen to my mother when she needed to be rolled over slowly. The aide just manhandled her and then hurt her leg. When I came to sign her out to go and take her home I noticed they had her in some man's tee shirt. I had a suitcase full of her clothes in the closet, where they were supposed to be. Then I was waiting for the aid to come and dress her so that I could take her home. My brother was admitted for the hospice care. Unfortunately, besides there is no privacy offered as each room has 2 patients, hospice patients are not in a separate unit, and privacy for the patient and family do not exist. Honestly, when family was not present, care reflected it. Had to request help for basic needs often. In retrospect, Hospice appeared almost invisible since he was in a care home. This place has bad juju! The staff is underpaid resulting in a lot of turnover and a lack of consistency in caregivers. I spent several weeks as a skilled nursing patient and would go out of town before going back..

I have a family member who was transferred here from the hospital 2 days ago and I have called them at least 10 times. WHY SO MANY TIMES? Because NO ONE ANSWERS!!! I thought I had the wrong number! I checked it again and again - NO ANSWER. Finally after 3 minutes of ringing the 4th try someone came on and had to transfer the call to my sibling's nurse, then the nurse takes the cordless phone to my sibling.
