The techs who did both my mammogram and ultrasound were both nice and professional. I am rating a 3 because the front office staff were abrupt, kept telling me that my insurance may not be valid, and then never followed up with me until I got called to go back for my procedures. I heard one of them talking about their coworkers loud enough that I could hear it and repeat what was said. It was awkward and unprofessional.
The women of Women's Center for Radiology are awesome! They are welcoming and engaging. Their demeanors and attitudes are friendly and evident in the way they interact with their patients. Their smiles are warm and contagious. The overall excellent quality of care from start to finish is refreshing and appreciative. I would like to acknowledge Nancy, Florence and Justine. I sure hope I got everyone's name right. Thank you for the respect and dignity in which you care for your patients!
Excellent, professional service from the front desk staff to the ultrasound and mammography technicians. The facility is clean and very nice. The quality of care is exceptional with appropriate communications prior to appointment and thereafter. I've been to several different centers and this one the best. I highly recommend.
The Women's Center for Radiology is the best in my opinion. The ladies that work there truly care about the women that they are taking care of.
Have peace and know you are in the BEST HANDS!! I have just completed my 3rd breast biopsy in 33 years. I have always been a patient of Dr Curry at The Women's Center of Radiology. Dr Curry has always been on the leading edge of technology being one of the first in the nation to have the MRI technology for breast cancer detection. Now she has the latest in 3-D mammography. First mammogram and they explained everything and made me feel comfortable. Clean facility. No long waits. I will be back!
WCR is an incredible company with a great and quick service. They have a friendly and comforting staff!
So, it's important to get regular screenings like mammograms. I have used this facility for years and have been pleased. They send information to you in the mail prior to your appointment. You show up with completed paperwork and prescription from the doc. Change into pink top for exam. You may ask for cushion to make the squishing a little bit easier.
