So, it's important to get regular screenings like mammograms. I have used this facility for years and have been pleased. They send information to you in the mail prior to your appointment. You show up with completed paperwork and prescription from the doc. Change into pink top for exam. You may ask for cushion to make the squishing a little bit easier. My appointment was at 2:45. I left at 4:55. I was called back at 3:56. The entire hour and 11 minutes I waited, I heard the front desk staff loudly talk about their families' personal health issues. I found it very unprofessional. Waited until 4:15 before I was seen for my mammogram. Back to the waiting room. Ultrasound didn't take long. I have been going to this clinic for 7 years, I thought they're good,until I heard that I had a cyst in my left breast but because am black no one try to find out if the cyst is cancerous or not. each time I go there all they kept saying I have a cyst, that's evil that no one care to know! even my primary care doctor is a devil because he is black like me and he didn't say to me go to do a biopsy. They bill sent me a bill which I paid immediately. Then, several weeks later, they sent me a late notice and a statement trying to get me to pay again. The office staff could not care less and no one in authority has the backbone to talk to me about it. They may be decent doctors, who knows? But they are not an organization with which I recommend anyone do business.
