I have been coming here for years. The culture seem to have changed and the waiting time is ridiculous. This was the one place I used to feel very comfortable coming to. I will be finding another place to do my mammogram

I got a biopsy last Monday. I was told they would call me when the results were in which they said would probably be on Friday. They got the results back Friday morning and they didn't call me. They finally called Monday. I called the supervisor to complain and she was rude and unapologetic.

I had been going to this facility for years. They no longer care about mammogram results. The last time, I was there the mammogram result was negative because I did not feel well I got the mammogram in another facility. The doctor there recommended a breast biopsy. The result was positive. I had cancer in stage 3 and had a mastectomy. I do not recommend that place. Orlando, Florida

I've been going there for over 20 years. Never had an issue until this morning. The receptionist should really be trained on greeting people and being more friendly. She is a terrible first impression for this otherwise great facility.

I called this center when I had prescription for a diagnostic mammogram and an ultrasound. I called them on September 6th. They told me they could 'fit me in' the week after Thanksgiving. 85 days! I could have breast cancer but I would have to wait 85 days. And the the scheduler got bitchy with me.. I told her to delete my data and I went to one of their competitors. Do not go here. Any practice that says it Ok to wait 85 days for a diagnostic mammogram is not a good health care provider!! Run!!

I wish I could give zero. 1) the front desk ladies are all 3 a bunch of crabby women who are all rude and don't care what you explain to them. Then they even went and made their opinions known about why I waited over a year to get my mammogram 2) 10 am appointment I was out of there by 1230 pm and had to cancel my other plans 3) a dr was supposed to call back and discuss my mammogram and ultrasound because she was out to lunch. its two days later and my report isn't even ready. when I called about it they argued about whi... read more

Terrible wait. Was told to arrive 15 minutes before. I showed up 30 minutes before hoping that if they were moving ahead of schedule that I could get out the door and head straight to work. Negative. It's an hour past my appointment, not including the time I got here before, and have yet to be seen...

Front desk was rude and slow. Busy chatting up the delivery guy while I waited. Appointment was late. Update: I made a huge mistake in returning to this location. Kept waiting for more than 30 minutes before they handed me paperwork to fill out. Appointment is late. The waiting room is absolutely full of people waiting for procedures. The ladies behind the desk are enjoying themselves while all the patients are exercising their patience. Misdiagnosed. Radiologist declined to see me about his/her concerns. Recommended folloup in 6 months. I went to Mayo Clinic for a second opinion. They disagreed with the women's center diagnosis. There was nothing to worry about and yearly exams were adequate. Very bad experience. Needless to say I will not return. It's a money machine. They heard us in as cattle and no radiologist in site.
