I've been here 3 times. The wait is ridiculous even when I've had an early morning appointment. I hate that my insurance/job change made me come here instead of FRI where I used to go. They were much more efficient. I don't understand why they schedule so many appointments if they can't keep up with them. I am seriously considering paying the out of network cost to go elsewhere.
Really long wait time. So frustrating. Got in at 9:15a and an hour and a half later was when I got seen.
I had a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! First of all, this was not my first mammo and the tech kept smashing my left while attempting to do the right and vice versus! She also was asking me to move closer to the machine, as my ribs were smashed up against the machine, and closer to her as I was "LOCKED" down to the machine it was not physically possible! My Dr. wrote Ultra Sound if necessary. They took me and I said is this necessary.. they acted like I was going for a mani/pedi asking "YOU DON't WANT ONE??" in a loud accusing to... read more
Horrible customer service!!!! Billing department is rude and they don't care about the patient. When I questioned about why I had to pay over $300 for annual preventative Mammogram (I have Insurance) the rude lady from the billing department hung up on me.... Unprofessional, unacceptable... I will never put my feet there and I do not recommend this place.
I did not have a pleasant experience with my MRI. Lady was rough and had to stick me 3 times for my IV contrast. It ended up being put in my hand. Now the manager reaches out to this review saying "sorry for your problem"?!!! My problem?!!! What a rude manager that does not know how to talk to customers and address issues. I have great veins and never have to be stuck more than once! I have MS and have had numerous MRI's with and without contrast and this is by far my worst experience and now you reaching out calling it m... read more
