Verified Renter I like my apartment it's been comfortable and quiet, maintenance is very quick to respond and the office staff has been great all that's good but about 3 weeks ago the foot traffic in the corporate apartment is very loud all day and night like grandcentral station.

With the significant increase this year in my rent without any improvements to the interior of my unit or including any amenities, such as monthly cable, etc. I am feeling less positive about Woodhaven.

Woodhaven I am so happy to have found that apartment. I love the location, the space and interior of the apartment. The outside is well kept and the manager is wonderful. A very nice, quiet place.
Great Apartment Community Truly a hidden gem in the area. We were hard pressed to find a place after Irma, and stumbled across Woodhaven. One of the best discoveries we could have found. Great property manager/maintenance team, Care team and apartment interior and space. Definitely recommend.
Woodhaven This apartment is great. The staff are wonderful and willing to work with your needs regardless of what they are. The upkeep is great and the place looks well kept.
