Verified Renter My experience at Woodland creek apartments has been pretty good. Staff is friendly, only thing i would say for maybe downside. Maintenance takes a bit of time to come fix stuff.

Verified Renter After a few bumps in the move-in process due to the management change, the team responded quickly to my concerns and also reduced the fee of my security deposit (greatly appreciated!). Also the maintenance team has responded promptly to my service tickets.

Woodland Creek Very nice clean area to live. They care what going on in the community. Any issue they correct it right away. All the office people are so nice and caring. They don't play when it come down of keeping the property clean and safe. The maintenance crew are on the money. I couldn't pick a better place to live.
Decent and affordable housing at Woodland Creek If you're looking for affordable housing and to get more for your buck, Woodland Creek in Durham is your place! The apartments/town-homes are a bit outdated and the appliances are old but that's all forgiving with the wood-like flooring that comes with most town-homes and the washer and dryer that all units have! Decent Apartment If you're looking to stretch a dollar and get more for your buck, Woodland Creek in Durham is your place! The apartment/town-homes are a bit dated and the appliances are old. However, most of the units offers a washer and dryer (if not all)and wood-like flooring. The wood-like flooring is my favorite part about my town-home. It gives it a modern feel!
