Woodland Creek Very nice area and well planned layout. The leasing staff is extremely friendly and professional. Maintenance staff is courteous and prompt. I am very pleased with my re-location from Town Homes and Apartments.
Peacefulness I come home and there is tranquility from the job as well as the people who make my job hard to deal with sometimes. I am able to go home to a place that blocks out everthing that happened prior to when I go through the door. I have helpful and friendly neighbors who respect my privacy and the need for peace and tranquility. Love it!!
Verified Renter Change in managements is exhausting. I wish they had a better consistency in being able to contact them. Skylah is great, she deserves a raise. The maintenence team is nice when they're available.

DONT RENT HERE!! Please check my google review for photos of proof! been here for two years and have had few problems up until move out. I gave proper 60 days notice, did everything that was asked of me. This complex offers flex pay which is an app you can pay your rent through and it reports to credit bureau. I have used this option since it became available which was close to a year ago. I’ve had many issues with this complex not posting payments on the 1st and posting them after the fact however this time they sent the st... read more

RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK This is hands-down, without a doubt, the most poorly managed rental company on the face of the earth. We lived here just under 2 years and had to exit our lease early because we couldn’t take it anymore. The buildings are in complete disrepair.
