Verified Renter I love it here at Woodland Manor. I have a wonderful apartment that overlooks one of the two ponds on the property. I can watch the many geese, ducks, herons, an occasional egret and also the large turtles. The view is very theroputic from my second story 8 x 8 foot balcony .

Verified Renter Management and Maintenance are polite, professional, and approachable! I have lived at Woodland Manor for 3 years and have not had an issue with Management, Maintenance nor residents. The grounds are well kept and some residents even manage their own garden outside of their apartment! Residents are friendly and wave upon seeing you even if they don't know you!?? I am having a very pleasant stay here!! I have and will recommend Woodland Manor as a 55 place to call home!
