Verified Renter The buildings and rest area are in a very poor condition with a long time needed painting, repairs and new grass around the complex. The gates in many places are broken and cannot provide the security for the tenants. My friends moved in to this apartment around 6 years ago and the quality of customer service and complex condition was like day and night if compare with the current situation.
Verified Renter This complex could easily be a 10....poor maintenance and upkeep...I give it a 1. We have begged each maintenance person we see to fix what we have turned in requests for.
Verified Renter Appartments are nice, Maintenance is currently behind on workorders, this is a gated community but gates are hardly ever working// some haven't for a long time.

Verified Renter Woodland Manor Senior Living Apartments is a "Secured," comfortable community for seniors. But, security and maintenance for the safety of the residences needs to improve. The security entry gates, are often NOT WORKING, allowing anyone to enter the property. Those who live in ground level units, complain about things being taken from the patios, regular. The property maintenance has been neglected for many years and needs attention from the property management.
