Well my experience was not so great there.... when I first googled about this apt building it said mice n roaches but at that time I needed a place to stay so I went to take a look at the apt.. small but durable... Marvella was it the manager at that time it was another guy, he informed me that those rodents reviews were false since he had taken over as manager..
