Woodlawn House Apartments

I rented here at Woodlawn around August of last year. All I have to say is I love my apartment. I have a one bedroom with a view of the park across the street. Everything is so convenenint and within walking distance. The Property Manager Sheila is great at getting all my needs met within the apartment and she is very helpful and gets everything done witin a timely manner. The maintenence staff is good and knowledgable. The only issue I have is parking is not available on the street as often as I would like. Other than that I love taking strolls through the park and just walking around the neighborhood. The neighbors and the community are ver friendly and I would highly recommend living here if you're looking for a nice affordable place to stay in Hyde Park.

I've been living at Woodlawn House for 1 year and a half and they have made such an incredible improvement.They just fixed the laundry room and every time I have a maintenance request their In my apartmet in minutes.I couln't ask for a better management company.

I've lived at Woodlawn House for 1yr and I can say it's a well managed building. They been renovating for the past several months with new carpet in the hallways the building is real nice I can catch the bus outside the door. My favorite restaurant is across the street.You'll like it here.

I have lived at Woodlawn House for 2 years. I am a grad student at U of C. The staff are friendly and respond promptly. It's a nice quiet building in a great location. Street parking is never a problem. They just added a great new fitness center. I would highly recommend this building to anyone.
