We recently moved and have done a lot of furniture shopping. The customer service we received at Woodley's Centennial by Sheri Hess was wonderful. We made several visits to the store before making up our minds and she never rushed us, helped us realize our vision, and answered all of our questions. We really appreciated the time she spend with us. In addition, the dining room table, buffet and bar stools we purchased are just beautiful. The wood is high quality and should last us forever. We will definitely shop here again.

Your staff was welcoming and incredibly helpful when I had questions. They also were good about not hovering and allowing me to peruse your merchandise at my leisure which I really appreciated. Once I decided what I was interested in, Sherri Hess was helpful and knowledgeable about all of your product lines. She was delightful to work with and I'd definitely work with her in the future. Greeting - Friendly and helpful atmosphere the ENTIRE time we were there! Quality - you could see and feel the quality of the merchandise. Price - The prices are very competitive, but when you take into consideration the quality it is a very reasonable price. The sale price on a top of the line recliner I purchased was unbelievable. We ordered a Woodley's custom entertainment center and bookcases as well as a fabric bed frame. All three items came out beautifully. The entertainment center and bookcases, which were crafted in Woodley's plant and include lighting at no additional charge, are so rich looking (we chose the select alder with the coffee stain) and go perfectly with our new similarly stained scraped hickory flooring! Last year when we came in for Living Room furniture, we met a sales lady, her name is Michelle. She is the BEST! We knew nothing about color schemes or what goes with what, we gave her the colors in the living room and she picked out the most wonderful pattern for a conversation sofa we picked out, then matched something for a side chair. Nearly my entire house is furnished from Woodley's Fine Furniture. From the glider chairs and power reclining sofa and love seat in the living room along with the entertainment center and end tables, the dining room set, kitchen table and chairs and the entire master bedroom set. All of the furniture is well made and has held up well over the past 20 years we've been buying from them.
