Great ordering, on time delivery, amazing quality
The salesperson Michele Schneider was the key to great service, correcting some problems that arose.
We could not have been more pleased. I highly recommend Woodley's The staff was incredibly supportive and understanding of my needs.
I love the craftsmanship of fine woodworking. The furniture manufactured by Woodley's is of high quality at a fair price. I've been shopping here since 1995 and buy as much of furniture here as practical.
I bought a flexsteel leather reclining couch from them in may 2016 and the cushion has already broken down again after repair a year ago. The leather is not holding up either. I will never buy from WOODLEYS fine furniture.. they sell poor furniture in my opinion.
My wife and I were very excited about our new designer couch that we had been saving up for years to purchase but when it was delivered the couch was wrong! They had our end piece to the sectional totally backwards where the arm rest and back faced the rest of the couch, again backwards. This process took 3 months to make and we waited patiently but when it was wrong Woodleys offered nothing back to us and I am very disappointed with our purchase. Slow delivery of a premium product
Our bed broke because of a manufacturing defect and subsequent installation problem. We sent photos and Keith in customer service was quick to say he'd help, but then he kept disappearing for weeks at a time. Luckily, our salesperson Robin was more responsive. Each time we emailed or called her to say Keith was not responding to our inquiries about how the problem would be fixed or (after they said we'd get a new bed) when our new bed would be delivered, Robin got back to us.
