We have spent in excess of $30,000 with Woodley's over a many-year relationship. Whenever we need new furniture, we head to Woodley's first. While we do not always buy from Woodley's, we USUALLY do, and if nothing else, Woodley's quality becomes the basis for our comparison shopping. Woodley's has made errors with our orders--(hence no five-star rating)-- but has been reasonably responsible in correcting those errors--we would give an overall rating of 4.8 stars!
The Woodley's staff were knowledgeable, informative and professional. It was so helpful to use the computer program to design just what we needed. Quality furniture and promptly delivery.
Howard was our salesperson at Woodley's. He did a wonderful job helping us find the right furniture for our home. The delivery team is on time and very careful when bringing the furniture into our home.
A nice gentleman helped me to select a good quality sofa from Smith Brothers of Berne, who delivered a fine sofa in the time promised.

High quality furniture, excellent service. When one of the many pieces we purchased arrived in not quite perfect condition, it was replaced without question. And we ordered two rugs that did not match -- they arranged for a new rug to be delivered, without any fuss from us.
