The patio furniture we ordered was great quality, but we were told we could purchase 4 chairs with the couch. The sales lady called the next day and said the 3 chairs “in the back” had been promised to another store and we would have to wait a month to receive ours. It has been a month and we still don’t have our chairs. If you want to buy furniture here, be sure to see all the merchandise,In person. Your website sucks. People want to see prices without having to contact you for a price.
Sales person wrote order up wrong. Received wrong furniture after 6 weeks of waiting. They had to correct order which cost us an additional $300. After another 6 weeks we got the correct item. Furniture is beautiful but service was terrible. Will not recommend the Longmont store to anyone. We will not be ordering any furniture from them. Will go to another store if additional items are needed.
We were in a rush and purchased something we were told they kept in stock. It wasn't . Promised delivery in 2 weeks (written on receipt) and it took over 4 weeks. We had guests......but no bed. No responsibility. Had we known....... Would have gone elsewhere. Disappointed in this transaction w/ Woodleys.

Your salesperson contacted the manufacturer’s representative and requested it to be rushed. Even with the best intentions we were unable to get it here in the time frame that you needed. As we were unable to make our promised delivery, your delivery charges were refunded. Our sincere apologies for any inconvenience or embarrassment this may have caused you.
